What is it?
Slipping or chattering clutch is best described as a stutter or vibration as the clutch is released. It is most noticable when starting out from a complete stop.
What cause it?
1.Oil on the disc from an engine or transmission leak.
2.Excessive heat building up will be caused by excessively slipping the clutch.
3.Uneven coil spring pressures can cause this problem.
How to solve the problem?
1.Check the motorcycle oil for leak.
2.Check that the friction plates are not burnt or have not been glazed by too much heat.
3.If the problem is still exist, open the clutch and remove the springs. Replace the wron springs.
